Numerix Accountants is based in Dubai and works with businesses across the UAE. Working hours are Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 6 pm. We are a licensed company, licence No. 1360308, registered in 2024.
What happens after you contact us
- Tell us about your business. Your activity, licence type, mainland or free zone, and whether you are registered for VAT and corporate tax.
- Share a few documents. A recent bank statement, your trade licence and your latest VAT return are enough to start.
- We review what exists. We check what is current, what is missing and what needs correcting.
- You receive a written scope. It says what we will do, how often and what we need from you.

Please have these ready if you can. None of them is required for a first call.
- Your trade licence and the licensing authority.
- Your Tax Registration Number, if you have one.
- The date of your last VAT return and your next deadline.
- The accounting software you use, if any.
- A short description of what you need help with.
