Our mission

At Numerix Accountants, our mission is to empower businesses by offering accurate, timely and strategic financial services. We aim to be a trusted partner in your financial journey, not only a service provider.

Our team

Numerix Accountants is based in Dubai and works with businesses across the UAE. Engagements are handled by our accounting and tax team. We are a licensed company (licence No. 1360308), registered in 2024. Our licence covers five activities: Banking Consultant, Tax Consultant, Investment Consultant, Cost Control & Risk Management Services, and Accounting & Bookkeeping.

We do not issue audit opinions or perform statutory audits, which are outside our licence. For VAT and corporate tax, we work from current guidance published by the UAE Federal Tax Authority.

Our commitment

We aim to be accurate, timely and clear in our work, and we treat client financial information as confidential. Before proposing a scope, we ask about your business activity, licence type and reporting needs. This means the support we propose fits what you actually need.

Our services

Bookkeeping and accounting

Keeping your financial records accurate and up to date.

Tax planning and compliance

Helping you work through VAT and corporate tax requirements.

Payroll support

Managing payroll processes efficiently and accurately.

Financial consulting

Practical advice on costs, budgets and financial decisions.

What Numerix Accountants does

We keep the financial records of businesses in the UAE in order and turn them into information an owner can use. That means recording transactions, preparing management accounts, supporting VAT and corporate tax compliance, and advising on cost control and financial decisions.

We work from your source documents: bank statements, invoices, contracts and payroll records. Our reports are designed to be read by business owners, not only by accountants. Each one explains what the numbers mean and what needs a decision.

How an engagement runs

  • Intake. We ask about your activity, licence type, tax registrations, software and reporting needs, and agree a written scope.
  • Review of records. We check what exists, what is missing and how far the books are from current.
  • Clean-up. We correct errors, reconcile accounts and bring the ledger up to date before building routines on top of it.
  • Monthly routines. Posting, reconciliations, VAT preparation and payroll support follow a set calendar.
  • Reporting. You receive management accounts and a short note on variances, risks and deadlines.

The five licensed activities in practice

Our licence No. 1360308 covers five activities. Here is what each means for you:

01

Accounting and Bookkeeping

Recording transactions, reconciling accounts and preparing financial statements.

02

Tax Consultant

Preparing VAT and corporate tax computations and explaining current FTA guidance.

03

Banking Consultant

Preparing financial information that banks ask for, and explaining account and facility terms.

04

Investment Consultant

Analysing the financial case for an investment, such as returns, payback and risk.

05

Cost Control and Risk Management Services

Finding where money leaks, setting budgets and reviewing internal controls.

Who the work is for

The work suits owners of small and medium businesses, start-ups finishing their first year of trading, and companies whose records have fallen behind. It also suits groups with several licences that need one consistent set of books. Whether you are on the mainland or in a free zone, the starting point is the same. Confirm your licence, your tax registrations and the dates you must meet, then build a calendar around them.

If you already employ a bookkeeper, we can review and reconcile their work instead of replacing it.

How we handle your information

Financial records are sensitive, so we limit who sees them and agree in advance how documents will be shared and stored. We ask for the minimum needed for the agreed scope. When we are unsure about a rule, we say so rather than guess. We tell you to confirm the current requirement with the relevant authority.

What we do not do

We do not perform statutory audits or issue audit opinions, because audit is outside our licence. We also do not give legal advice, and we do not make promises about tax outcomes or financial results. Some businesses need an audit, such as when revenue exceeds AED 50 million or they are a Qualifying Free Zone Person. In that case we can organise your records so the work is easier, while you arrange the audit itself separately.

More questions

Is Numerix Accountants an audit firm?

No. Our licence covers accounting and bookkeeping, tax, banking and investment consulting, and cost control and risk management. We do not perform statutory audits or issue audit opinions.

What does a first conversation cover?

We ask about your business activity, licence, current records and deadlines. After reviewing a sample of your documents, we propose a scope in writing.

Do you only work with Dubai companies?

We are based in Dubai and support businesses across the UAE, including mainland and free zone companies.
